PhpMyAdmin: Lost all databases

PhpMyAdmin: Lost all databases

i needed to unistall and reinstall Wamp. And by doing this i lost all the
databases on localhost. I did not think about it, and not imagine that i
would delete them all.
There is perhaps a way to recuperate them?
