What use is COM and SOAP Requests?
I've seen posts all over Stackover flow questions about COM and SOAP
Requests but looking over the manual, it shows no useful information on
what it could be used for.. So I'm wondering if anyone on SO Can show me
an active and useful information on what they are actually used for
